Connect machines, PLCs, sensors, and production systems to create unified operational visibility.
Founder & CEO · Niotek
I help manufacturers connect legacy equipment, unlock real-time operational data, and apply Industrial AI to build more visible, reliable, and resilient operations.
The focus
Factories generate enormous amounts of information, but much of it remains trapped inside legacy machines, fragmented systems, and manual processes.
My work is focused on closing that gap—connecting the physical factory floor with real-time intelligence that leaders, engineers, and operators can act on.
About Anas
I am the Founder and CEO of Niotek, an Industrial AI and IIoT company operating from the UK and Egypt.
My career sits at the intersection of industrial operations, software, connected hardware, artificial intelligence, and information security. I founded Niotek to make advanced industrial intelligence practical and accessible—especially for manufacturers operating proven, long-serving machinery.
Today, my focus is helping industrial organizations move from reactive operations to real-time visibility, predictive control, and continuous improvement.

Connect machines, PLCs, sensors, and production systems to create unified operational visibility.
Use analytics, digital twins, and Industrial AI to expose bottlenecks, losses, and hidden capacity.
Move maintenance and operational decisions from reactive firefighting to predictive control.
Leadership principles
A practical philosophy for deploying technology where reliability, trust, and outcomes matter.
A factory should not have to discard proven equipment to become intelligent. Transformation begins by unlocking the value already on the floor.
Industrial AI must understand the constraints, context, and consequences of real production environments—not just the data model.
Connectivity creates lasting value only when cybersecurity, continuity, and data ownership are designed into the system.
Useful innovation shows up in clearer decisions, stronger teams, more reliable operations, and better capital efficiency.
A founder’s instinct
During the COVID-19 crisis, my team and I developed Sanad—a platform connecting elderly and special-needs individuals with nearby volunteers—in just 25 days.
The experience reinforced a principle that continues to guide my work: meaningful innovation begins with understanding the real problem, then taking responsibility for solving it.
